PREPARED BY: Xynocast Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.
Website Division (WebBasics)

1. Executive Summary & Client Brief

Freeland is an international non-governmental organization headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Its primary mission is to protect people and wildlife from transnational crimes, with a specific focus on stopping human trafficking and the illegal wildlife trade. The organization operates globally with a team of law enforcement, legal, and environmental experts to dismantle criminal syndicates.

The core goal of the new website is to spread awareness about conservation, illegal wildlife trade, and human trafficking. It will serve as a global platform to share what the organization does, its work across different countries, and provide vital resources including toolkits, manuals, reports, and training-related materials.

💡 WebBasics & Xynocast Synergy

This project proposes an advanced AI-based migration strategy using modern technologies (React/Astro) rather than traditional monolithic CMS platforms. This approach guarantees a highly dynamic, faster, and more secure web presence.

2. Scope of Work & Website Structure

Based on an analysis of the existing freeland.org architecture, the website will be migrated with the following comprehensive sitemap structure. Note: External platform pages will remain linked out, but all internal Freeland pages will be modernized.

3. Technical Architecture & Integrations

There are two primary development pathways proposed for this migration. Option 1 represents a modern, forward-thinking architecture, while Option 2 relies on legacy systems.

🚀 Option 1: AI-Powered Migration (Recommended)

The website will be built using modern edge technologies such as React or Astro. This achieves a far more dynamic, secure, and engaging website compared to traditional platforms. Post-launch, the client can modify content via Telegram Chat AI. A full AI-powered CMS dashboard will also be rolled out within 60 days.

🏗️ Option 2: WordPress Migration

Manual recreation of the exact website within WordPress. The client manages the website via the standard WordPress dashboard.

🎨 Aesthetics & Brand Assets

The new site will retain the same color palette, typography, and design system as the current www.freeland.org, ensuring brand continuity while upgrading the underlying code infrastructure.

🔌 Custom Integrations Needed

Telegram Integration for Chat-based content updates and rapid website modifications on-the-go (applicable in Option 1).
